The Sale Process
We work to quickly create comprehensive branding and marketing for our properties, ranging from board presence, marketing brochures, local newspaper adverts, the production of promotional content to complete digital marketing campaigns and much more. Our marketing team comprises a qualified drone pilot, professional photographer, marketing administrator and a fully qualified in-house marketing executive. Our digitally savvy team works hard to keep David Plaister Ltd at the forefront of the industry. We offer social media sponsored adverts, content marketing, full-service video production with access to Adobe Creative Suite to produce the highest quality and professional content.
Our social media channels have the largest following and exposure in the area, with over 3000 Instagram followers, 1000 Facebook followers and an extensive database of applicants who are actively looking to buy.
We have a bespoke approach to our selling process, initially considering the vendor’s needs whilst structuring our sale strategy, to ensure we are meeting expectations and fulfilling our brief. We act protectively over the valuation we have given – as a property agent we are acting for the vendor and utilise our expertise in negotiation to achieve the best possible price for our client.

Our sales negotiators contact our vendors regularly to keep them well up to date on our progress with the marketing of the properly and the sale progression once an offer has been agreed. Additionally, we provide feedback after every single property viewing – this keeps vendors completely in the picture and gives them an insight into what potential buyers like and do not like.
One of our core values focuses on sales aftercare, which is where we truly stand out from the crowd. Unlike other agents, once a sale has been agreed we do not drop our efforts, we keep vendors continually updated, liaise with solicitors and other agents in the chain to ensure matters are progressing. We have a dedicated sales progression team which can always be contacted, ensuring you always have a point of contact. We pride ourselves in our sales aftercare, which is reflected in our fall-through rate for agreed purchases – on average nationally, 1 in 3 sales fail after they have been agreed, our fall-through rate currently averages at circa 2%.
