David Plaister MNAEA MARLA MNAVA
Born and raised in Weston-super-Mare and boasting circa 40 years of property related experience, David has a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with every aspect of the industry. David is also a qualified property auctioneer and holds regular property and charity auctions, adding to the variety of services David Plaister Ltd has to offer.
A country man at heart, in his spare time David enjoys shooting and skiing as hobbies and spending time outdoors with the dogs in the garden or working on his small holding, where he rears pigs, sheep, pheasants and poultry.
Katrina Plaister MNAEA
Katrina has supported her husband David since he began in business many years ago. She previously worked as an Interior Designer but is now enjoying being fully involved in the day to day running and operations of our busy office in North Somerset.
Katrina also is an avid gardener, where she spends most of her time pottering around her vegetable plot with her beloved dog, Mable. Her favourite holiday which she looks forward to every year is skiing in the mountains with her husband and group of friends.
Edward Plaister MNAEA MNAVA
Ed is a qualified member of NAEA and NAVA and has built a strong foundation of understanding and expertise within the industry over the last 7 years. He absolutely thrives in the excitement and diversity David Plaister Ltd has to offer in today’s competitive market.
Ed previously spent a considerable amount of time in Europe teaching his passion of skiing and now has set his roots in North Somerset, enjoying everything the West Country has to offer.
Chloé Plaister MNAEA
Chloé previously had a vibrant 5 years of travelling around the world and living in New Zealand but then decided to settle in the UK and get involved in the exciting industry of property, and has been with the company for 5 years now. Chloé predominantly manages David Plaister Ltd’s Sales and Auctions departments, enjoying the fast-paced environment of the property world.
Most are unaware of Chloé’s digital marketing skillset, which she currently utilises to keep David Plaister Ltd ahead of the game. Chloé is also a fully qualified member of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA) and National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
Louise Burt MNAEA MARLA
With circa 20 years of experience in property management and letting, Louise is the font of all knowledge. Her friendly and enthusiastic manner is impeccably placed for our busy lettings department. Together with Sophia and Olivia, we have the perfect team for all things 'Letting'. Louise is fully qualified in Residential Lettings and Property Management (MARLA) plus Residential Sales (MNAEA).
When Louise is not advising clients in the world of lettings, she will be spending time with her husband, two children and dog, or socialising with friends.
Olivia's role predominantly focuses on preparing our property particulars and marketing material before being listed on the market. Olivia also handles a wide variety of sales administration tasks whilst liaising with vendors during the initial preparation phase and so much more. Her creative and organisational skills work hand in hand with creating a fantastic first impression when presenting our properties to the market.
Olivia gained her experience by working as a personal assistant to three lawyers at a leading law firm in Bristol and by working in Clifton as a bridal personal shopper. In her spare time Olivia explores her creativity through DIY projects, house renovations, enjoys spending time with her beloved dog Twig, and has ambitions to complete a floristry course.
Digital Marketing Executive
Selina is a recent University graduate, having completed an undergraduate degree in Fashion Marketing and a Master’s degree in Enterprise & Entrepreneurship. She is now utilising her knowledge within digital marketing and graphic design to help elevate David Plaister Ltd.
Selina lives in Bristol and is enjoying the city life but also spends time in the country thanks to her passion for horses. In her spare time, she enjoys competing in British Eventing.
Property Auction Co-Ordinator
Sophie enjoys working in the multi-faceted, progressive and dynamic environment of Auctions. Already qualified in a Level 2 NVQ in Residential Sales, Sophie is currently working towards her Level 3 National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA) qualification.
Thriving in the fast-paced property realm, Sophie loves assisting individuals in selling and discovering ideal investment opportunities via Auction. Recently embarking on her own homeownership journey, she and her partner plan to transform their property, showcasing her flair for interior design. Beyond her career, Sophie loves to visit new countries and spend time with her family and friends.
Property Manager & Lettings Administrator
Sophia works alongside Louise within our bustling lettings department. With 15 years of dedicated service at the local council, Sophia has excelled in various roles, showcasing boundless energy and a genuine passion for aiding others. Sophia's dynamic approach to problem-solving and her proactive nature are invaluable to the David Plaister Ltd team, where she handles property management for a collection of our lettings properties.
When Sophia is not in the office she is spending time with her husband and two children, exploring new horizons or enjoying quiet moments together.
Property Manager & Lettings Administrator
Olivia works alongside Louise within our busy lettings team, assisting her with all aspects of lettings and property management. Olivia gained customer service experience working for an insurance firm in Bristol and is now enjoying her exciting new journey of the lettings industry.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys travelling and spent a few months solo travelling through Europe in which she enjoyed meeting new people and exploring new cultures. She also has a passion for baking and loves reading.
Luke is responsible for a large proportion of viewings, focusing most of his time on introducing prospective purchasers to suitable properties and showing them around. Luke conducts viewings for our sales, lettings, auction and commercial properties whilst spending time finding perfect property matches for applicants searching for their ideal home.
Luke also makes regular contact with our Vendors to keep them updated on our marketing efforts for their property and is always ‘on hand’ to offer clients any additional feedback or advice. He has a well-rounded skillset and has had experience in a variety of roles within our busy office. When Luke is not working, he can be found spending time with family and friends and indulging in his passion for art.
Georgia’s main role revolves around property viewings, spending the majority of her time showing prospective clients our sales and lettings properties. Georgia loves the diversity of properties that David Plaister Ltd has to offer and has previously spent many years renovating old properties and building new ones so has a working knowledge of all things building related.
Out of work Georgia enjoys walking and being outside in the garden and countryside. She also has an interest in history, architecture and old properties.
Front of House & Office Administrator
Natalia is your first port of call - answering your phone calls and booking appointments. In addition, Natalia’s role revolves around administering and organising the entire office. She is friendly, approachable and eager to help with all of your enquiries. Natalia's previous work experience highlights her impeccable organisational skills, which are key to her role within David Plaister Ltd.
In her spare time Natalia enjoys outdoor adventures and discovering beautiful scenery and in particular loves to camp. Alongside her adventurous spirit she adores the company of her beloved dogs.
